  WHAT IS THE 40 OVER 40 PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE?

The population of people aged 40+, 50+ is larger than ever before... This group is too big to be ignored, too experienced not to be listened to, and too beautiful not to be celebrated. It’s time to start a REVOLUTION, LADIES! I would love you to join me on this adventure to share the common bond of being 40 and over.

For the rest of 2023, I’ll be creating stunning portraits of 40 women over the age of 40 (40’s, 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and beyond) at my Wesley Chapel, Florida Portrait Studio, culminating in a Gallery Style Exhibition celebration with these women and their stories!

WHO CAN TAKE PART IN THE PROJECT? 

I would love to photograph a wide variety of women. Let’s create a tapestry of stunning images of women of different shapes and sizes; women with different tastes, from different backgrounds and with different views of life.

The Masha Ray Portraits experience is an exciting, pampering, indulgent adventure, custom tailored and focused on YOU!

Think about how you want to be captured, what does your legacy look like? My passion is to take the every-day woman and give her an unforgettable celebrity-style, magazine photoshoot experience.

It's about so much more than just "taking pretty pictures." My hope is for you to truly reconnect with yourself, see your beauty & spirit the way others already see you.

 

MY INSPIRATION

 

This project is very close to my heart . I used to be a full-time wedding photographer, and few years ago I switched my genre to portraiture and glamour. 

Before that I could not find my why. Wedding photography was doing great but It did not give me the sense of fulfillment inside... until one day when a woman in her 50’s asked me to take her portraits...  I was hesitant at first as portraiture was not something I specialized in, but I agreed regardless... after getting to know this woman and her story i knew it was going to be a very special photo session. She was both nervous and excited.

During the session I watched her transform from a shy and insecure soul into a confident, empowered and beautiful woman, whose spark in the eyes would become brighter and brighter... she cried when she saw her photos. 

That is when I knew I found my why. To empower women through photography, to Celebrate them and help them reconnect with their inner self, and to create legacy portraits of them for generations to come!

 A year ago i turned 40 and as i came closer to this age I saw the change that was starting to happen within me. My self-acceptance, my values and self esteem grows. I am ME. I know my value, I found self love. 

I want to shine the spotlight on YOU and tell YOUR story!

4) THE REVEAL

We will schedule a time for you to come back and view your beautiful portraits in person about a week after to review, choose and order. You choose your complimentary photo and if you desire more, you purchase the images you love!
